Rural Development: Provisions for small scale industries

On 21st March, Kachin State Government held a ceremony to hand over business equipment under small scale industries establishment and increasing rural income projects.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan highlighted the development projects undertaking in 14 rural and urban areas within the state, calling for the concerted efforts of the local residents for development of manufacturing sector.

The Chief Minister also encouraged for the emergence of entrepreneurs, succeed in their respective businesses. During the ceremony, business equipment were presented to motorcycle maintenance training as well as baking and cooking training, being conducted during 2024-2025 Fiscal Year.
