The opening ceremony was held on November 14, attended by Chief Minister U Tint Lwin, regional ministers, officials, and local villagers. At the ceremony, the Chief Minister said the government is working to narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas, create job opportunities, increase family incomes, and support agricultural and small-scale industries.

He added that under the “Quick Win” program, the government is addressing rural water supply and transportation access. He encouraged villagers to help maintain the new road to ensure long-term durability.

The new concrete road was completed with 10 million kyats from the regional government and 20 million kyats contributed by villagers, totaling 30 million kyats. The project will benefit 1,300 people from 239 households in the village.
