Rural Development: Dy Minister provides aid and makes inspections

Deputy Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Myint Soe met with the departmental officials from the Department of Rural Development in Mat Man Township of the Wa Self-Administered Zone and provided assistances.

And, he viewed round the retaining wall construction and gave necessary instructions. At the meeting hall of the Township Administration Department, the Deputy Minister met with the departmental officials and clarified the implementation processes for the development of rural areas by the Ministry. And, he provided foods.

In Kengtung Township, the Deputy Minister inspected the 60-acre monsoon paddy cultivation with Solar Water Pumping System and met with the growers for successfully cultivation of winter crops, 40 acres winter paddy and oil crops. Next, the Deputy Minister and party visited Yan Law Smart Village and coordinated the requirements after hearing reports.

Then, the Deputy Minister and officials provided aid to 5 outstanding award winners from sewing training in YanLawယန်းလော village and 5 outstanding award winners form bamboo handicraft training course in Yan Kyein village. Also, the Deputy Minister viewed round fish ponds and piggery and coordinated the requirements.
