Row over Bosnia's Jewish treasure raising funds for Gaza

Bosnia's national museum defends a decision to donate funds from the display of a precious Jewish manuscript, one of the most precious religious manuscripts of the Middle Ages to the people of Gaza.

Silvia Einaudi, Italian Egyptologist, University of Cagliari said "I just discovered what they are doing here, in this museum, and I think it's a way, one of many ways to support the situation of the Palestinians in Gaza, so I think it's a good way to help them."

The move has drawn intense criticism from Jewish organizations, with some abroad accusing the museum of anti-Semitism. Museum director said he had received numerous messages of support from Jewish people around the world.
