Ronaldinho returns in search of 'beautiful' 300th goal

Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho on Thursday announced a sensational return to professional soccer 11 years after his retirement, joining Italian third-tier Serie C side Ravenna in pursuit of a career milestone 300th goal.

Ronaldinho joined Ravenna not only as a player option but also as a club shareholder, facilitated by his friendship with club owner Ignazio Cipriani. While in good physical shape, he noted that only the coach decides if he takes the pitch, and he will skip the upcoming Serie C season opener against Reggiana.
