





A review meeting on the 8th Anniversary of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) was held at the National Reconciliation and Peace Centre in Nay Pyi Taw in the presence of SAC Member Union Minister NCA 8th Anniversary Celebration Steering Committee Chairman Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, Secretary of the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) Lt-Gen Min Naing, and the committee members, deputy ministers, permanent secretaries, directors-general of the ministries and concerned officials.
Speaking on the occasion, Lt-Gen Yar Pyae expressed words of thanks for the successful celebration of the 8th Anniversary of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) with the collaboration of working committees and relevant ministries.
He gave instruction the weaknesses found need to be corrected in coming NCA celebrations and to report the actual budget expenditures spent by the working committees.
Next, Secretary of the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) Lt-Gen Min Naing, reported the status of completed 8th Anniversary of the (NCA).
Then, the Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and Directors-General of the ministries clarified the strengths and weaknesses implemented by the relevant work committees as well as financial expenditures, and the attendees made suggestion.
And, NCA 8th Anniversary Celebration Steering Committee Chairman Lt-Gen Yar Pyae fulfilled the requirements upon the discussions and the meeting was concluded.
