Revelers enjoy Halloween parade in New York

Revelers took part in New York City's traditional Greenwich Village Halloween Parade on Monday.

Floats carrying costumed participants, marching bands and other people made their way through the Greenwich Village section of Manhattan in the 49th edition of the annual event.Celebrities were also spotted at the parade.

Actor Bailey Bass, who plays 'Claudia' on the horror series "Interview with the Vampire," said Halloween is her favorite holiday and that she went trick-or-treating to collect candy.
