Returnees From China: 15 Returnees Repatriated To Their Respective Places

Chin Shwe Haw COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment Committee is repatriating returnees from China through the border gate of the two countries in Chin Shwe Haw, Laukkai Township of Kokang Self-administered Zone to the respective regions and states.

On 28th October, 15 returnees have been repatriated to their respective places through Lashio.

The returnees include 10 males and 5 females and they are from 1 from Mandalay region, 3 each from Sagaing and Bago region, 1 from Magwe region, 1 from Chin State and 6 from Shan State.

Those returnees were placed temporarily in Chin Shwe Haw for COVID-19 test and they were found negative. That’s why, the township COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment Committee transported them to the respective regions.

From 30th April to till now, a total of 15,659 returnees including 8,663 males and 6,996 females have been repatriated to the respective regions and states.
