Return from China’s trip: MOI UM arrived back at Yangon from China

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn arrived back at Yangon by air on Saturday morning after attending the 2023 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit held in Wuzhen of Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China from November 8th to 10th.

The Union Minister and delegation were welcomed back by the concerned officials from Chinese Embassy to Myanmar and Ministry of Information at Yangon International Airport.

2023 World Internet Conference (WIC) was held under the theme "“Creating an inclusive and Resilient Digital World Beneficial to All - Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”, along with 20 sub-forums on topics related to the internet involving global development initiative, digital transformation, green development, artificial intelligence, computer networking, cyber security, data governance, youth and digital future, digital literacy and competency enhancement, e-commerce development, as well as digital economy.
