Response to Fake News: Media releasing fake news to incite stability

It’s found that the media released the news on social media that the Myanma Agricultural Development Bank is sending warning letter to pay back expense loan arrears allocated in the term of the NLD government.

Regarding the news, an official from the Ministry of Planning and Finance stressed that the news is a fake one, and no case has been filed against any farmers, and new loans are being given to farmers who have paid their arrears before deadline according to the terms and conditions of the loan instructions.

It’s reported that illegal media are releasing fake news with the intention of inciting the country’s stability.
