Rescue operations are underway in Dolari village, Swabi district, in northern Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, following a cloudburst that caused multiple house collapses. Authorities have recovered nine bodies so far, while around 20 people remain trapped under debris.

The sudden floods swept through the village in two waves, destroying a three-room home first, followed by two two-storey houses and two additional homes downstream. Local residents and rescue teams have been working to free those trapped, including children and women, from the rubble. Villagers reported that some residents had to jump from rooftops to safety as the floodwaters advanced, while rescue teams continued digging to reach those still buried.
