The Union Election Commission released a request statement to voter citizens regarding the second display of voter lists on November 20. In the statement, it’s stated that the Union Election Commission has already announced the first 21-day display of voter lists for the Multi-Party Democracy General Election, which will begin on 28th December 2025.
To ensure the voter lists are complete and accurate, the lists will be displayed for a second time for a period of 14 days, from 21st November 2025 to 4th December 2025, at the respective Ward/Village Tract Sub-Commission Offices and in villages within the Village Tracts.
If the lists cannot be displayed in the Wards and Village Groups for any reason, arrangements will be made for the voter lists to be viewed at the respective Township Sub-Commission Offices. A complete and accurate voter list can only be achieved if voters personally come to inspect the lists during the display period.
Voters are urged to come and inspect the voter lists. If a voter's name is missing from the list, they should request its inclusion using Form (3). If the name of an ineligible person is included, an objection should be raised using Form (4).
If the information in the voter list is incorrect, a correction should be submitted using Form (4-C). The necessary forms can be obtained free of charge from the Ward/Village Tract Sub-Commission Offices. After these additions, deletions, and corrections have been processed, the voter list for the General Election will be displayed for a third and final time in December 2025.
Therefore, to obtain a complete and accurate voter list, the Union Election Commission earnestly requests the cooperation of all voter citizens during the second display period. We appeal for at least one member from each household to come and inspect the lists without fail.
