Religious Matters: Central Administrative Body meeting held at SPSU

The Central Administrative Body of the State Pariyatti Sasana Universities of State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee held its meeting at the convocation hall of the State Pariyatti Sasana University in Yangon on 1st March.

Vice Chairman of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Administration Body Agga Maha Pandita Bhaddanta Kawida delivered Ovada Katha.

Then, the Union Minister expressed his appreciations for the guidance and efforts of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and supplicated religious matters. He also clarified the translation process of Tri Pitaka Treatises into English language, preservation of pagodas and religious edifices as well as the installation of Pagoda Digital Directories at the pagodas across regions and states.

Then, the secretary of the State Pariyatti Sasana Universities Central Administration Body clarified the decisions and accomplishments of the implementation of decisions of the previous meeting and sought approval for meeting minutes. It was followed by sector-wise discussions.

During the meeting,  a total of 7 resolutions were adopted and approved. After the meeting, the Union Minister donated offertories, religious books and publications to the Sayadaws and members of the Sangha.
