Religious Ceremony: Parittas recitation at Shwedagon Pagoda

A ceremony to recite Parittas was held at Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon on Friday. Members of the Sangha and Wut Association recited Parittas and religious Gadas aiming for prevailing peace in the country, free from danger across the nation and possessing pleasant of mind for the people. Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and officials attended the ceremony, and donated offertories to the Sayadaws and members of the Sangha.
