Religious Affairs: Meeting of Religious Titles Offering Scrutinization Comm.

Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin on Tuesday presided over a meeting of the Religious Titles Offering Scrutinization Committee.

In this meeting, the Union Minister highlighted history of the Religious Titles Offering in the country. Religious Titles are offered annually in accordance with the "Provision of Religious Titles". He also expressed words of thanks to those who scrutinized and offered the religious titles successfully in the year of 2023.

The Union Minister also called for the same efforts to offer religious titles in the year of 2024. He also stressed the importance of efforts to ensure that individuals who are full of the specified honors and qualifications are not left behind. Special care must be taken to ensure that there are no critical errors in the verification of qualifications. And, attendees made discussions on verification processes, and the Union Minister coordinated the discussions.
