Religious Affairs: Meeting with Council of Churches in PyiOoLwin

Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs U Saw Tun Aung Myint met with the Council of Churches (Upper Myanmar) and the Council of Churches (Pyin Oo Lwin).

In the meeting at the Saint Peter Anglican Church in Pyi Oo Lwin, the Union Minister said that he reported the discussions with him and the Council of Churches (Yangon) to the State Administration Council.

He pledged to also report discussions in this meeting to the State Administration Council. 

The Union Minister also stressed that his ministry has been making efforts for unity, peace and development in the country.

All need to cooperate for national reconciliation, peace and development in the country, he added. This meeting continued with general discussions and the Union Minister said that he would report the discussions to the State Administration Council.
