Religious Affairs: Maravijaya Buddha Image consecration on August 1

To attend the consecration ceremony of Maravijaya Buddha Image and hoist umbrellas atop small pagodas on stone plaque chambers and donation ceremony of Religious edifices in Budhha Park which will be held on a grand scale on the 1st of August 2023, Sayadawgyis and lay persons from international countries arrived at Yangon International Airport on Sunday morning.

The Sayadawgyis were welcomed by Abhidhaja Maha Rattha Guru Sitagu Sayadaw Bhaddanta Nyanissara and concerned officials. Then, the officials offered day meals to the Sayadaws.
