Religious Affair: SAC Chairman pays respects to Oxford Sayadaw

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla accompanied by concerned officials visited the Shan State Buddhist University in PanTin Village-tract of Taunggyi Township on Sunday afternoon.

There, the Senior General and party paid their respects to the Oxford Sayadaw and offered the Tripitaka texts in Pali and Romanize Language, replica of the Maravijaya Buddha Image and other offertories to the Sayadaw. Then, the Sayadaw gave Dhamma books to the Senior General and party.

And, they shared the merits gained.
