Relief Measures: Provisions for fire victims in Mone Zale Village, Pwint Phyu Township

On 15th March, Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin accompanied by concerned officials visited Mone Zale village in Pwint Phyu Township which was damaged by a fire outbreak occurred on 12 March.

Due to the fire, 360 out of 470 households in the village were damaged, affecting 1,445 people. The affected victims from 372 households are taking temporary shelter at 3 monasteries within the village.

During the visit, the Chief Minister comforted the fire victims and coordinated necessities. Officials provided drinking water, rice, edible oil, foodstuff, clothes and cash assistance to the fire victims.
