Relief Measures: Ongoing rehabilitation works in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area

Due to the devastating earthquake on 28th March with several aftershocks, Nay Pyi Taw Council area faced major damages in infrastructures as well as residential buildings and government offices.

In Pyinmana Township, rescues operations and rehabilitation measures are being carried out with added momentum. Also in Tatkkone Township, sluice gate and embankments of Dahakkone Dam were damaged, and repairing works are being undertaken by the officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.
