RELIEF FLIGHT: 147 MYANMAR NATIONALS BROUGHT BACK FROM SINGAPORE

Myanmar nationals who have stranded in Singapore amidst the COVID-19 pandemic were brought back home by 20th relief flight of Myanmar National Airlines-MNA at 16:05 local time on 2nd October.

Totaling 147 Myanmar nationals included those who stranded in Singapore while their short visit, students, expectant mothers, migrant workers who were provoked or suspended their work permit, those who need to seek medical treatment in Myanmar and seafarers were brought back.

For the conveniences of Myanmar nationals in the immigration processes and their smooth departure, Myanmar embassy delegation led by the ambassador provided necessary assistances at the Changi International Airport, it’s learnt.
