Relief Flight: 144 Myanmar People Brought Back Home

With the arrangement of Myanmar Embassy in Seoul and Myanmar Seafarers’ Employment Services Federation (MSESF) of the Republic of Korea, a relief flight flew to Myanmar for Myanmar seafarers who were stranded in foreign countries amidst COVID-19 pandemic on Wednesday.

This flight carried 41 Myanmar citizens from Korea, 18 from Panama, 36 from Mexico, 6 from Indonesia, 39 from Singapore, 2 from South Africa, 1 from Vietnam and 1 from Australia, altogether 144 via Incheon International Airport.

For the smooth immigration and transportation process, the staffs from Myanmar embassy in Seoul provided assistance to the returnees at the airport.
