




The government dispatch rescue teams to storm-hit areas to carry out rescue services and to provide assistance for cyclone-affected people.
The donation items contributed by families of Tattmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) and National Disaster Management Committee and well-wishers are being transported to affected areas by Tattmadaw aircrafts, helicopters and navy crafts. On 19th May, military aircrafts carrying 25 healthcare workers form Yangon region and rescue teams to provide health care and rescue services and donated items such as biscuits, 440 boxes of duck eggs, 100 boxes of instant noodle, 267 corrugated iron sheets and relief aid from Republic of India were transported to Sittwe airport via Mingaladon airport for three times.
The donation items were accepted by the officials and will distribute to be delivered to cyclone-affected people.
