Rehabilitation Measures: Kayah State Government accelerates the rehabilitation tasks

Kayah State Government is accelerating the rehabilitation measures, along with the constuction projects for 2024-2025 fiscal year.

On July 23rd, Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin met with the the entrepreneurs in the state, urging them to strive for timely completion of the construction projects with set standards.

Kayah State suffers loss of lives and properties due to the destructive acts of the terrorists, resulting the hinderance in developmen works. At present, the state government is making efforts for reopening of the departmental offices, resettement of displaced persons, electricity and water supply, transportation facilities, education and health sector.

The rehabilitation tasks are being carried out phase by phase, for the Loikaw, to meet with the characteristics of a city. During the meeting, the entrepreneurs donated 50 million kyats for rehabilitation efforts in Loikaw City.
