Regional Development:Deputy Minister inspects works in Shan State

Deputy Minister for Cooperatives and Regional Development U Myint Soe made inspection of regional development works in Shan State. First, in Taunggyi, the Deputy Minister inspected the weaving and vocational training school under the Department of Small Scale Industries and fulfilled requirements.

He also inspected the cooperative accountancy school and gave guidance to trainees. Also, the Deputy Minister met with Chairman of the Pa-O Self-Administered Zone U Khun Ye Htwe, discussed livestock sector under the cooperative system and inspected construction of an office for the Department of Rural Road Development.

And, in Kakku (South) Village, the Deputy Minister inspected constrction of a tar road and water distribution process. In HamSi Village, he provided 30 million Kyats under the Emerald Green Project.
