Regional Development: Taninthayi CM makes inspection in Myeik

TaninthayiRegion Chief Minister U MyatKo and officials arrived at Agriculture and Livestock breeding high School in Thamoat Village, Myeik Township on 31st August where they met with teachers, students, School Welfare Committee and officials.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister said students will gained vocational skills and job opportunities since Myeik region possesses good foundation for agriculture and livestock businesses. Then, the headmistress reported the teaching process and necessities for the school and students in which the Chief Minister coordinated the needs.

Then, the Chief Minister provided exercise books and stipends to the students and inspected the lecture rooms and school farm. Next, the Chief Minister and party visited the Power Plant operated by Petro & Trans Co., Ltd in MyeikTaungVillage where official presented reports on the distribution of electricity.

The electrical engineer supplemented the reports and the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions.At the Power Plant in KanPhyarWard, an official clarified the status of electricity consumption in wards and villages of Myeik in which the Chief Minister instructed the needs and observed the transformers in the compound of the plant.
