Regional Development: Cleaning works and infrastructures inspected

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win on 8th October inspected the cleaning campaign along Bogyoke Road in downtown Pyay and along Yangon-Pyay Highway. The Chief Minister encouraged the departmental staff, local residents and members of the local battalions who took part in the campaign. 

The Chief Minister later visited Natalin General People’s Hospital and encouraged the patients, and provided 500,000 kyats cash assistance to the health staff. He also inspected the condition for construction of annex building in the hospital compound.

The Chief Minister later inspected Futsal Ground, Weightlifting Hall and Badminton Court in Myoma Ward, and instructed for constant maintenance works for long term durability and upgrading of the entrance and exit roads.

The Chief Minister and party later inspected Natalin Railway Station and gave instructions on cleanliness of the facility and installation of solar lamps.

On arrival at monsoon paddy plantation in ThinTawYoe Village-tract in Thayawady Township, the Chief Minister instructed for cultivating triple crops with the use of quality bean species, timely availability of agriculture inputs and sufficient supply of irrigation water.

They then proceeded to Arker Model Integrated Farm in ThoneSe and viewed the breeding of livestock. He also instructed to grow Napier Grass for animal feed, providing vaccine to prevent disease and education to the locals for producing animal feeds by using local products.
