Regional Coordination: Yangon Region Government holds meeting 8/2023

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein held a meeting with regional-level officials at the regional government office.

In this meeting, the Chief Minister stressed the importance of continuous cooperation among departments. There is a need to improve rice production, to develop rural-based agricultural industries, to be properly prepared in advance regarding natural disaster risks and to respond quickly and effectively, the Chief Minister added.

And, attendees made discussions on directives by the State Administration Council, Union Government Office and ministries, on agriculture and livestock sector and on general issues.
