Regional Cooperation: SAC Chairman meets with Malaysian Prime Minister

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim who is the Alternate Chair of ASEAN in Bangkok of Thailand on Thursday.

During the meeting, they discussed matters on assistance for the communities affected by the severe earthquake under the concept of ASEAN integration as well as cooperation between ASEAN and Myanmar. The meeting was also attended by former Prime Minster Thaksin Shinnawatra.
