Region tourism committee meeting: Sagaing Region CM attended and gave a remark

Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw attended the meeting of Region Tourism Industry Work Committee held at the Region Government office in Monywa on 6th November.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chief Minister said that the Region Tourism Industry Work Committee needs to preserve the ancient cultural sources left by ancestors while implementing tasks for the interest of the local people and all are urged to make collective effort for the development of socio-economic life with the tourism industry.

Next, the Vice Chair and secretary of the Region Committee clarified regarding with the regional tourism industries, implementations of regional Committee meeting (9/2024), ongoing tasks and issues to be decided by this meeting and the status of tourists arrivals with Power point.

Then, the Committee members and hotel and guesthouse entrepreneurs gave necessary suggestions relating to the opening hotel and guesthouse trainings and security measures.

After coordinating the requirements suggested by the attendees, the Chairman of Regional Tourism Industry Work Committee Chief Minister gave a speech of conclusion.
