Recreation Area: Plans for sustainability of View Point Resort

Chief Minister of Kachin State U Khet Htein Nan visited the Ayeyawady View Point Resort in Myitkyina on Friday.

In meeting with officials, the Chief Minister called for long term sustainability of the public recreational area while making efforts for extended implementation of beautifying works along with the flood prevention plans.

Attendees reported on the yearly plans for long term sustainability of the facility, arrangements for retaining wall and sluice gate and dredging works. After the meeting, the Chief Minister and party viewed the thriving sunflower plantation in the resort compound.
