









Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Friday inspected the offices of Union Ministries that caused damage from the severe Mandalay earthquake.
During the inspection, the Prime Minister visited the offices of the Supreme Court of the Union, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Legal Affairs, the Ministry of Planning and Finance, the Union Civil Service Board, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Social Security Board which were affected by the earthquake. These offices are currently operating from temporary setups, while staff families are being accommodated in temporary shelters.
The Prime Minister instructed officials to relocate important documents, office equipment, and other movable items, emphasizing the need for long-term durability in upcoming reconstruction efforts. He also stressed the importance of systematically constructing temporary shelters under government supervision, ensuring convenient access to basic needs.
