Receiving UNFPA Resident Rep.: MOH UM received Resident Rep. to Myanmar

Union Minister for Health, Dr. Thet Khaing Win, received Mr. Jaime Nadal Roig, the UNFPA Resident Representative to Myanmar, at the reception hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on December 3rd.

During the meeting, they discussed the ongoing collaboration between the Ministry and UNFPA on reproductive health care services, efforts to ensure there is no shortage of medicines and medical supplies, areas in which UNFPA can cooperate in the Ministry’s ongoing maternal mortality reduction programmes and the maternal and reproductive health care activities that will continue to be jointly implemented in 2026, sharing views and exchanging perspectives.
