Receiving Thailand delegation: SAC VC Dy C-in-CDS received Thailand delegation

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defense Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win received a delegation led by General Direk Bongkarn, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army and Head of the Army Operations Center and Neighboring Countries Coordination Center (NCCC), at Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the strong diplomatic ties and friendship between the two countries and their armies, boosting relations between the leaders of armed forces and senior officials, successful annual national level meetings, cooperation to combat illegal human trafficking and online fraud, Myanmar's actions against illegal fishing boats and fishermen from Thailand, plans for continued efforts, information exchange for border stability and opportunities for friendly visits and enhanced cooperation.
