Receiving MEF Chairman : MoSYA and MoHT UM received MEF Chairman

The Chairman of Myanmar Olympic Committee, Union Minister for the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, Jeng Phang Naw Taung met with the President of the Myanmar Equestrian Federation, U Pyone Maung Maung and members at the meeting hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on September 4.

First, U Pyone Maung Maung and the federation's officials gave a detailed presentation on efforts to develop equestrian sports in Myanmar. They also outlined current preparations and plans for the team to compete and achieve success in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games, including conducting training for new generations of athletes.

The Deputy Minister, Director-General, and Deputy Director-General each offered their suggestions. The Union Minister then added that the ministry would coordinate and provide the necessary support to ensure the growth of Myanmar equestrian sports, to produce new athletes, and to help the team succeed at the upcoming 33rd Southeast Asian Games.
