Receiving diplomat: MoTC Union Minister received Indian Ambassador

Member of State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister and the Union Minister for Transport and Communication Admiral Tin Aung San received Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Vinay Kumar in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday.

At the meeting, they cordially discussed matters on boosting cooperation and development activities between Myanmar and India including the Kaladan Multi-Modal Transit Transport project, to measure the depth of river water and dredging processes in order to ensure the safety waterway for vessels along Kaladan River, and to expand the flight of airlines between two countries. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister and departmental officials.
