Receiving Delegation: Union Minister meets GAVI Senior Country Manager

Union Minister of Health, Dr. Thet Khaing Win met with Mr. Dirk Ghel, the Senior Country Manager from GAVI, based in Geneva, Switzerland, along with his team at the Ministry on Friday.

During the discussion, they discussed the progress of ongoing immunization programs, including routine vaccination campaigns, targeted immunization initiatives and vaccination for the prevention of diarrhea being implemented by the Ministry, along with GAVI, WHO, and UNICEF. They also exchanged views on the provision of cash and technologies to be contributed by GAVI.
