Ram Navami Celebrated Across Nepal

Ram Navami, marking the birth of Lord Ram, was celebrated with devotion across Nepal on Sunday. Devotees visited Ram temples in Kathmandu, to offer prayers and perform rituals. 

In Janakpurdham, thousands gathered at the Ram Janaki Temple, with pilgrims from Nepal and India taking part in religious activities. Ramlila performances, depicting Lord Ram’s life, were staged in Janakpur and Ayodhya. 

In Halesi, Khotang, the 15-day Ram Navami fair began, attracting pilgrims from Nepal, India and Bhutan. The festival brings together communities, faiths, and traditions, reinforcing Nepal’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage.
