Established in 2018 in the eastern Turkish province of Malatya, the Radio and Gramophone Museum is drawing attention as Turkiye’s largest museum dedicated to audio history, housing an impressive collection of 703 pieces.

The museum offers visitors a unique opportunity to witness the evolution of radio and gramophone technology from the late 19th century to the present day.     Featuring devices dating back to 1890, the museum showcases the transformation of sound technology over more than a century.

Beyond its extensive collection of radios and gramophones, the museum also includes themed sections such as the Istanbul Wireless House, political history displays, the first radio broadcast in Turkiye, and even a radio repair workshop.
