Quake death toll latest

Over 2,000 people were killed and 1,832 were injured seriously after Morocco earthquake, said the Interior ministry on Saturday. The powerful earthquake struck Morocco's central province of Al Haouz late on Friday.

Morocco's King Mohammed VI ordered the creation of a special account for aid donations at the Moroccan central bank, and a series of measures, including providing assistance and aid to vulnerable people who were affected by the earthquake.
