Pyithu Hluttaw Session: Third day meeting continued in Nay Pyi Taw

Pyithu Hluttaw continued its third day meeting in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday, with 349 representatives in attendance.

The meeting included questions and answers session including opening of office by Road Transport Administration Department in Aung Lan District of Magwe Region, extension of Manaung Airport in Rakhine State, construction of retaining wall and flood prevention measures in Shan State, as well as irrigation works, dredging activities.

The session also sought approval on the names for the committee on local and international non-governmental organization, health and sports committee, and its functions. The fourth day of Pyithu Hluttaw will continue on June 8.
