Putin seeks to achieve peace, Belarusian President says

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on Wednesday said in an interview with Newsmax TV channel that Russian leader Vladimir Putin seeks to achieve peace in the conflict in Ukraine. Lukashenko noted that Russia wants to conclude a peace treaty that will ensure conflict never breaks out again and Ukraine is also interested in this while US President Trump is ready to act as a guarantor.
