Putin and Biden exchange greetings ahead of talk

Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden spoke via a video call on Tuesday amid tensions between the two countries over Ukraine. Biden was expected to warn Putin that Russia will face further sanctions if it invades Ukraine, which has seen tens of thousands of Russian troops amassed near its border.
