Public Finance Issue: MoPF launches 3rd management refresher course

The Ministry of Planning and Finance [MoPF] launched the 3rd public finance management refresher course on Tuesday afternoon in Nay Pyi Taw.
Union Minister U Win Shein and two other ministers as well as many other officials attended the course opening ceremony at the Ministry.
This refresher course coves subjects including basics of public financial management, Myanmar's public financial management and reform, planning, budgeting and implementation, the Union Treasury Fund-related accounting for debts, deposits and temporary, access to foreign loans and foreign aid, points to follow on using foreign currency and project verification and monitoring.
This 3rd public finance management refresher course attended by 40 trainees is set to take 4 week.
