Provision of assistances: Rakhine State CM oversaw the providing assistances

Provision of health care services, assistance and issuance of retirement pensions to civil service personals took place in Sittwe Township on Thursday.

The Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin together with departmental officials and representatives from social organizations attended the event. First, the Chief Minister and party oversaw the issuance of pensions by the officials from Myanma Economic Bank at Khine Thazin Hall and cordially greeted the retired civil service personals.

At the 500-Bed Sittwe General Hospital, the Chief Minister and party viewed around the provision of health care services by health care personnel, coordinated the needs and provided rice and foodstuff to the officials.Under the supervision of Head Officer of State Public Health Department and officials, issuance of retirement pensions and provision of health care services were implemented and necessary medicines were providedin free of charge.

In order to convenience of issuing pensions, Myanmar Economic Bank is issuing pensions starting from 7:00 AM in the morning on week days. It is reported that under the guidance of the Rakhine State government, arrangements are being made in a timely manner for issuance of retirement pensions, provision of health care services and foodstuff to retired civil service personnel at Khine Thazin Hall and 500-Bed General Hospital.
