Providing cash assistance: Rakhine State CM provided cash assistance

A ceremony to provide cash assistance to the Border Guard Police Forces and their family members was conducted at the meeting hall of the Sittwe Security Police Commander’s Office with the attendance by Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin and concerned officials.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister said that the Border Guard Police forces is one of the essential forces of the nation, working on security issues in the border area. He gave acknowledgement to the border guard forces for their concerted efforts in national security and border trade as well as border issues.

The Chief Minister added that the necessary assistances are being provided not only to border guard police forces and their family members but also to other security forces and departmental personnel.

He highlighted the importance of security issue in Rakhine State so that the development works can be carried out only when there is a prevailing of stability and peace.On the one hand, Rakhine State Government is actively working to support security and law and order in a bid for regional development.
