Providing assistance : Relief items supplied by Tatmadaw aircrafts

Tatmadaw is undertaking necessary rescue and rehabilitation tasks in the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA-affected areas by sending rescue teams.

Relief aid and food stuff donated by families of Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) and well-wishers and relief items provided by the National Disaster Management Committee are being delivered by Tatmadaw aircrafts, helicopters and vessels to the locals affected by natural disasters in Rakhine State.

On 23rd May,various kind of food items and clothes donated by families of Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) were transported by Tatmadaw aircraft to Sittwe Airport via Nay Pyi Taw.

Likewise, peanut bags, Atom communication devices, tea mix packets produced by Tatmadaw factories, beans and pulses, instant noodles, onion bags, duck eggs, solar torch lights, edible oil, vegetables, MPT communication devices, tarpaulins and batteries donated by families of Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) and ministries and relief aids were transported to Sittwe airport by Tatmadaw aircrafts for two times via Mingaladon airport in Yangon.

The relied items arrived by the Tatmadaw aircrafts were accepted by officials and they will be delivered to relevant departments.
