Providing Assistance: Rakhine State CM Inspected Sittwe Traditional Medicine Hospital

Chief Minister of Rakhine State U Nyi Pu inspected the 50-bed Traditional Medicine Hospital in Sittwe on Mondya.

The Head of Traditional Medicine Department reported on the organizational set up of the hospital, number of patients receiving treatment and conditions in the outpatient ward. The Chief Minister later encouraged the patients and presented cash assistance.

He then inspected a mini-library, showcasing books, journals and magazines from the Information and Public Relations Department for patients at the hospital. He also looked into the hospital’s kitchen, which is in need of repair.

The Chief Minister also presented a set of Sky Net receivers, cash assistance for repairing the kitchen and a set of computer for the Department of District Traditional Medicine.
