Promoting Education: Meeting with Grade 12 teachers and students

Chin State Government on February 27 organized a ceremony to encourage Grade 12 teachers and students who will sit for the matriculation exams.

Chief Minister Dr Vung Suan Thang attended the ceremony in Hakha, and stressed the need to make cooperative efforts for development of education sector to be in par with other regions and states despite its challenges as fur flung area. He urged the students to try their best to promote the prestige of the state.

During the event, 47.1 million kyat worth cash assistance and nutritious foods were provided to teachers and students. Two exam centers have been set up in Hakha and Tedim for 2024-2025 academic year matriculation exams in Chin State.
