Promoting bilateral cooperation: Union Minister meets Russian Deputy Chairman of State Duma

Union Minister for International Cooperation U Ko Ko Hlaing met with the Russian State Duma delegation led by Mr. Sholban Kara-Ool, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation at the Union Minister’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw on 29 May.

During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on the further consolidation of the existing ties of friendship between Myanmar and Russia, expansion of bilateral cooperation including trade, economic, social and tourism sectors, and enhancement of cooperation through regional and international organizations.
